COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATES
Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the Coronavirus. Shorefire is not responsible for delays caused by the Carrier. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments and appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
International Orders: Shorefiredesign.com currently ships to over 120 countries around the world. Please note it is your responsibility to know the laws of your country in terms of international duties. Shorefire is not responsible for any tariffs or customs regulations. Please check with your customs office.
30 Day Return / Exchange Policy
RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued before any returns or exchanges can be made. We will not accept any returns without this number. Please write this number clearly on the outside of the returning package. All returns must be received by Shorefire within 30 days from delivery date. The Return Authorization Number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A photocopy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may be able to reach you. All approved refunds will be paid by either Company Check, credit Card Credit, or Account Credit, all to be determined by Shorefire. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items will be allowed. In order for a returned item to be accepted, the returned item must be in its original condition (no damage) and returned in its original packaging. Product must be in new condition. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, mounted, scratched, or defaced will be allowed.
Limited Warranty – Shorefire warrants that products if maintained and operated under normal conditions, shall be free from any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please include a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may be able to reach you along with your return. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customers abuse, negligence, and/or mishandling. Customer may be responsible for shipping and handling fees.

Ups Shipping Notice
UPS charges a re-route fee for incorrect address, if you enter your address incorrectly and this results in a UPS re-route, your order will be subject to an additional charge. If a customer calls UPS and makes changes to the original address, any resulting UPS surcharges and re-route fees will be passed on to the customer.
State & Local Sales Tax
State and local sales tax will be charged on items shipped to NC.
Freight charges are also taxable.
Gift Certificates have no cash value, and can only be used for purchase of merchandise. Gift certificates expire 1 year from date of purchase.
